Frequently Asked Questions

How will my products be shipped to me? 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days. If you are ordering books, there may be a short delay if one or more is out of stock temporarily.

All our deliveries are sent tracked and you will receive an email with a tracking number.  

We use different shipping providers for certain products, so if you order more than one item, you may receive them in separate parcels.  

Shipping costs are applied during the checkout process, so you can see what they are before paying for your order.  

Do you ship internationally?  

Yes, we do. During the checkout process, you will be asked for your address, including the country of destination. 

Will I be charged import duties? 

Import duties vary from country to country and are paid once the item has been delivered to the country of destination. We have no control over these charges and unfortunately cannot cover them.  We cannot be responsible for customs and import charges, we strongly advise that you contact your nearest postal facility before you order if you may incur customs charges.

What is your Returns Policy? 

We do not accept returns unless an item is faulty, in which case, please email us here: shop@ebmcsquared.org

Can I cancel my order? 

If you ordered by mistake and your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund your order.
