Available size: 50mL in both 7 and 15% concentrations
Suggested use: Apply 1-4 drops onto the skin for transdermal use. (Dropper is included separately). Only take internally after consulting a healthcare professional.
Max dose: Once daily for three weeks.
Nutritional information: 3.48mg iodine + 5.25mg iodide per drop (1/20ml)
Contraindications: Do not take if hypersensitive to iodine or potassium. Also avoid for the following conditions: active tuberculosis; goitre; high amounts of potassium in the blood; kidney disease with reduction in kidney function; chronic inflammatory skin disease marked by blisters; pregnancy; a progressive disease of the thyroid gland; Urticarial Vasculitis; TB involving the lungs.
Allergens & potential side-effects: Contains iodine and potassium. Always check with a tiny amount on the skin first if unsure.

Dropper Included: Dropper is supplied with every bottle. Remove the cap and put dropper in. However, do not store for long periods with dropper inserted as the iodine oxidises the dropper bulb over time.
Potassium Content: Some individuals on a low-potassium diet may be concerned about taking Lugol's Iodine as it contains potassium. Howeverm the doses are low: 1.75mg potassium per drop in the 7% solution.
Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding or have thyroid problems.
