Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules 30 to 40 minutes before going to sleep, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
Cautions: Do not use while driving or operating machinery. Do not take if pregnant or lactating. Reduce dose if any unwanted reactions occur.
Contraindications: Do not take if hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Check with your doctor if you are on SSRIs, MAO inhibitors, sedatives or sleep aids. If you have kidney issues, also check with your doctor regarding the magnesium content. And if you are pregnant or breast feeding, check with your doctor.
Allergens & potential side-effects: Contains no common allergens. A small percentage can be allergic to lavender. If you feel uncomfortably heavy or drowsy or have a headache, stop for a while and then try half the dose. If such issues continue, discontinue this product.
