Directions: Take ½ teaspoon mixed in ¼ cup water or juice, 2 times daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Shake gently before use.

Allergens & potential side-effects: Gluten-free and contains no detectable pesticide residues. Green tea does naturally contain caffeine, but the amount in each extract serving is minimal. For those sensitive to alcohol, this extract can be added to warm purified water and left for 5 to 10 minutes before drinking, so that the alcohol can ‘gas off’.
Dietary information: Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Contains tiny amount of alcohol.
